Job Description

It's an exciting time to join our team! We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our New Bloomfield, PA office.

We are a fast growing firm and to date the majority of our growth has come by referral which is a testament to the high quality service we provide to our clients and to the commitment of our team. Due to this continued growth we need to add a part time Administrative Assistant to our team.


We are looking for a personable and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to provide a wide variety of clerical and staff support services under limited supervision. This position requires professionalism. Excellent people skills, computer skills, telephone etiquette, the ability to multi-task and prioritize are essential. Flexibility with hours during tax season is required. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience. We offer an excellent work environment where you're valued as part of our team. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.


Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer incoming calls and inquires. Direct calls to the appropriate representative for disposition and resolution.
  • Process outgoing and incoming mail on a daily basis
  • Assemble tax returns for delivery to clients
  • Perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.

  • We use a variety of technology on a day-to-day basis, an understanding and comfort level with this is required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility with hours during our business season (tax season)
