Position: Web Content Editor

Contract Duration: 4-6 weeks with potential for extension or possibly going full time

Location: Centennial, Colorado. Onsite then hybrid

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Web Content Editor to join our team for a 4-6 week contract. The primary focus of this role is to update and enhance the content on our proprietary website, ensuring it is current, engaging, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have experience in web content management, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for photo editing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Updates: Regularly update and maintain web content, including text, images, and other multimedia elements.
• Photo Editing: Use Adobe Photoshop to edit and optimize images for web use, ensuring high-quality visuals that enhance user experience.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of web pages to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• SEO Optimization: Implement basic SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives and technical requirements.
• Content Strategy: Assist in developing and refining the web content strategy to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a web content editor, preferably in the real estate or technology sectors.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or similar platforms.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop for photo editing and optimization.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines within the contract period.
