Katie Weigel with Robert Half Finance and Accounting is recruiting to fill a Trust Accounting Associate position with a financial services company in Reno. The position will encompass a variety of responsibilities, but requires experience in accounting:

• Provide support for trust operations, trust administration, and other general office duties 

• Support team in processing client trust transactions - (these are debit and credit accounting transactions), completing forms, and preparing reports 

• Primarily responsible for filing office correspondence and other documents 

• Effectively manage multiple on-going projects and successfully prioritize multiple tasks with 

good judgment and follow up with the LTC team

• Batchelor’s degree with an accounting or finance degree, or equivalent experience in 

client financial services with a focus on trust accounting 

• Intermediate or better skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Excellent customer service skills, both internally and externally.

• Possess excellent organization skills and a strong ability to balance time-sensitive priorities while 

maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Are able to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-motivated environment.

• Prioritize operating ethically and professionally.
