Toms River, New Jersey will be the location for this Senior Financial Analyst.How you will make an impact- Capable of communicating updates to senior management, analyzing financial results, and distilling/synthesizing key issues in the course of advancing existing management reporting- Provide management reporting, accounting and compliance guidance, and ensure alignment of operational initiatives by working closely with the Functional leads- Build advantageous relationships with integral business partners and Finance/Accounting leadership- Offer assistance for ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests as necessary- Grow business performance by identifying and executing financial analysis- Develop business, operational, and financial processes to be repeatable and understandable for all necessary teams- Collaborate with Operations and Accounting to drive improved management reporting by tracking financial results more discreetly and accurately- Evaluate financial results, summarize key trends, assess current and future business risks, and communicate critical updates all in the course of preparing monthly and quarterly reporting to senior leadership
