In this role you will collaborate with engineering, service, and other subject matter experts to create technical documentation (operator’s manuals, maintenance manuals, field kit installation instructions). We’re looking for individuals who can think critically, are detail-oriented, imaginative, and that work well collaboratively. What You’ll DoCollaborate with engineering to develop machine-specific content for operator’s manuals, maintenance manuals, and/or field kit installation instructions using clear and concise language.Create content-related illustrations using 2D and 3D graphical programs, digital photographs, and drawings or diagrams from solid models.Submit draft(s) and collaborate with reviewers (engineering, service, product safety/legal, technical editor) to create a final copy for publishing.What We’re Looking ForTwo or four-year degree in a technical field such as industrial design, graphic design, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Ability to use MS Office required.Experience with Adobe FrameMaker, Illustrator and Photoshop or similar software required.Experience with CAD (Computer Aided Design) software required.Mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical experience preferred.
