We are looking for a Talented Bilingual recruiter to join our client in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to the organization by providing support to the Talent Acquisition team and delivering a seamless, exceptional candidate experience in collaboration with other internal teams. This fully remote position will be solely responsible for sourcing on a wide array of skill sets in the construction industry. Responsibilities: • Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the recruitment pipeline • Schedule interviews and communicate effectively with candidates • Create engaging job postings to attract top talent• Facilitate recruitment events and implement talent acquisition strategies such as social media sourcing and recruitment marketing • Assist in ensuring a smooth hiring process from application to preboarding• Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies • Continuously improve our recruiting and onboarding processes to ensure an exceptional initial employee experience • Use Applicant Screening and Applicant Track System to streamline the recruitment process• Utilize sourcing skills to attract a diverse range of candidates.
