If you are tech-savvy, team-oriented, and have a firm grasp on server technology, we would like to meet you!Responsibilities:Administer, manage, and maintain the Windows Server environment.Perform Office 365 administration tasks, account management, and productivity enhancement.Test, install, and upgrade system software, applying patches and updates as required.Play an active role in server configurations, fine-tuning, and optimization.Diagnose, troubleshoot system failures, and provide immediate solutions to restore functionality.Monitor system performance, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and develop procedures to maintain security.Assist in the creation of SOPs and technical documentation for various system software applications.
