A prestigious hospital system is seeking a talented Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for maintaining analytic reports, data integrity and strategic initiatives in Supply Chain. The Supply Chain Analyst will work with leadership to create, support and improve clinical, business, and strategic reporting and support process improvement outcomes across the health system. Applies a thorough, advanced level knowledge of clinical and financial analysis and knowledge of supply chain systems to identify and design solutions within the Supply Chain. Maintain item setup, maintenance, and item duplications and deletions for inventory and non-inventory products including standardization of units of measure and item descriptions.Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job:Creates, improves role/team standard work that supports via company policy, supply chain principles, and contracting strategy ensuring accurate, comprehensive, efficient item master contract loading, integrity maintenance improvements.Develop and maintain a fundamental understanding of clinical and business functions related to operational workflows to contribute to the Supply Chain strategy.Effectively build relationships with customers, executive management, and other stakeholders through positive communication and interaction, problem identification and resolution.2 years’ experience of supply chain analytics management, operations, and finance background in the healthcare industryMaintain the Item Master List to ensure accurate prices, supply descriptions, and contract updates are maintainedExposure to healthcare product lines, costing, and terminology.
