This position is located 100% in the office, with working hours from 9-5 and a 1-hour lunch break.Responsibilities:• Conduct month-end closes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports• Utilize Quickbooks and Excel for financial data management and analysis• Prepare and review balance sheets to assess the financial position of the company• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems• Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions when necessary• Provide support to team members and management on specific financial issues and inquiries• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial policies, regulations, and industry trends to provide suitable recommendations• Assist in the training of Entry Level (EL) accountants and provide guidance to those with experience• Work in a 100% in-office environment, adhering to the set working hours and break schedules.
