Responsibilities: • Support management reporting of sales and gross profit by value stream, customer, item, etc.• Conduct Analysis of Change (AOC) reporting.• Perform customer pricing analysis.• Carry out inflation analysis - material, labor, Overhead Variance (OV).• Lead productivity analysis - material, labor, OV.• Oversee headcount tracking and reporting.• Provide EBITDA adjustment support.• Handle Non-recurring / non-normal course of business items.• Execute run-rate normalization.• Offer capacity planning support.• Provide CAPEX support.• Conduct investment ROI analysis.• Track actual impact on expected ROI.• Conduct working capital analysis and forecasting.• Support budget and forecast.• Support operational KPI reporting.• Execute other Ad hoc support tasks as needed.
