An established and reputable plaintiff personal injury firm located in Issaquah, Washington, is looking to add a Senior Associate Attorney to their high-energy, fast-paced law firm advocating on behalf of clients in the areas of personal injury such as childhood sexual abuse, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death. The salary range for this position is 160K to 210K with the opportunity to earn bonuses throughout the year and potentially double your salary. Benefits available with this position include employer paid medical, dental and vision; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with 3% match; pension plan after eligibility; 15 days of PTO bank (can be used 90 days after hire); and 11 paid holidays per calendar year. This position is hybrid 2-3 days WFH depending on experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Drafting complaints, discovery, and motions;Discovery and record review;Conduct legal research;Interview clients and witnesses as necessary;Conduct depositions; and,Prepare and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for trial.
