Responsibilities:• Processing Payroll in a timely and accurate manner• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable• Maintaining and updating the General Ledger• Utilizing Blackbaud accounting software for various accounting tasks• Applying your experience in nonprofit organizations or mental health to enhance accounting processes• Working with minimal instructions and demonstrating a high level of expertise in accounting• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and guidelines• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations• Resolving any accounting issues that may arise• Continually improving and streamlining the accounting process.
