Robert Half has partnered with a construction company in Thornton in search of a Sr. Accountant! The Sr. Accountant position is offering a great work/life balance, competitive benefits, and is paying $75,000-$90,000!
The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee AP including ensuring accuracy and timely payments
- Posting AP journal entries after review
- Handle inventory reporting/reconciling and monthly physical onsite counts
- Posting general ledger journal entries
- Assist with the month-end close activities
- Manage company’s credit cards
- Supervise one AP clerk and one Staff Accountant
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements for the Sr. Accountant include:
- 4 years of accounting experience
- Strong AP experience
- Degree in accounting (preferred)
- Construction experience (preferred)
