If you have a strong background in customer service or administrative work and are fluent in Spanish, this is an excellent opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of migrants and help them find suitable housing and essential resources.Responsibilities:Drive to various rental locations within Chicago and surrounding areas to assist individuals in finding housing options that meet their needs.Conduct thorough assessments to understand the unique requirements of each individual or family and provide appropriate housing recommendations.Collaborate with local organizations and agencies to connect migrants with additional resources such as healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and social services.Serve as a point of contact and support for migrants throughout the housing search process, providing guidance and assistance as needed.Maintain accurate records of interactions and housing placements for reporting purposes.Stay updated on relevant housing regulations, programs, and community resources.
