Job Title: Social Security Disability Attorney
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Security Disability Attorney to join our team. As part of our legal department, you will personally handle a diverse file load of Social Security Disability cases under the supervision of a senior attorney.
Your responsibilities will include extensive client interaction, right from the intake stage and through all subsequent communication. This engagement will entail the preparation of briefs and "On The Record" requests to secure successful resolutions for our clients.
You will be prepping clients for hearings before Administrative Law Judges, where you will assertively advocate on behalf of our disabled clientele. A key aspect of this role involves independent research, interpretation, and application of disability law principles within a federal court review context.
Regular participation in weekly team meetings to evaluate and expedite claims and our practice area is crucial. You will play an active role in all stages of client representation, ranging from initial office meetings, case development, attending hearings, to appellate advocacy.
Qualifications:Active Bar in RI, MA, or CT
