Our dynamic client within the construction industry is looking to staff a Senior Project Accounting with proven AIA billing expertise. As the Senior Project you will oversee the financial management of the organization’s projects including: overseeing project budgets, monitoring expenditures, providing financial analysis, review project contracts, processing client invoices, reviewing/processing project adjustments, preparing project costs, and handling subcontracts and subcontractor change orders. This Senior Project Accountant must have strong knowledge of construction related accounting software, solid communication skills, experience with lump sum project accounting, and excellent time management abilities.
