Our reputable client is seeking a Senior Buyer to join the company. The Senior Buyer will negotiate contracts with vendors for the best price and value on new products and services. This may be the role for you if you are an experienced buyer with excellent communication, inventory management and analytical skills.What you get to do every day:- Engage with staff and other stakeholders at meetings- Keep records of purchased products up to date- Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors- Attend events, shows, and exhibitions to network with vendors and view new products- Conduct research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality for the best deal- Liaise with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time- Perform cost analyses and write reports on purchases made- Report any issues with delivered products in timely manner- Write orders to refill stock as appropriate from monitoring inventoryThe salary range for this position is $90,000 to $103,000.
