Senior Business Analyst for Microsoft 365 F& O Location: Los Angeles, CA Hybrid – Onsite 3 days/week A Robert Half client is looking to permanent a fulltime Senior Business Analyst for Microsoft 365 F& O to be part of their Business Solutions Team. Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications Configuration & Testing: Configure D365 F& O modules, customize settings, and perform user acceptance testing. Training & Support: Train users, provide ongoing support, and contribute to process improvement. Continuous Improvement Advocate: champion proactive enhancements by identifying areas for optimization within the application and business practices. Regularly assess processes, propose system refinements, and collaborate with Stakeholders to implement efficiency-boosting changes. System Audit Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regular system audits are conducted to meet compliance and organizational policies.
