Full charge, Senior Bookkeeper needed for CPA firm in Southlake. Client offers hybrid schedule during normal season.Assisting clients with their bookkeeping (primarily QuickBooks). Completing quarterly payroll reports and monthly sales tax reports along with annual W2 and 1099 filings.Assisting clients with various questions surrounding QuickBooks or their internal accounting. Bookkeeping skills to help in preparing Financial Statements for clients that require statements on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.Review bank reconciliations (monthly or quarterly), review general ledger transactions, make adjustments as needed, update fixed assets software to assist in the preparation of business tax returns.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and good communication skills with clients, working as a team with the other bookkeepers, CPAs and partners.Must be teachable with a positive attitude and be a team player.
