Responsibilities • Assist with trade show planning and coordination including scheduling, arranging accommodations, marketing collateral, paperwork, and shipments. • Assist with marketing campaigns. • Conduct basic market research, including web research and information gathering on customers, suppliers and competitors. • Maintain marketing collateral. • Work with Customer Service as requested to respond to customer inquiries or requests for support from Field Sales representatives. • Process and track company leased vehicles, arranging for delivery and pick up in the field, scheduling routine maintenance and handling inquiries from employees and leasing company representatives. • Perform other administrative duties including travel arrangements, setting up meetings, routing mail, processing expense reports and/or coordinating department mail, fax, photocopies, and department files. • Perform other tasks as assigned.
