We are offering a unique opportunity for an Part Time Revenue Accountant in Seattle, Washington. This role is a hybrid position (1-2 days per week onsite) and a part-time employment opportunity at 30 hours per week.Responsibilities:• Accurately calculate and book various revenue streams on a weekly basis.• Manage the calculation and booking of deferred revenues.• Timely creation of customer invoices and statements to ensure smooth transactions.• Process and book bank deposits to ensure accurate financial records.• Apply cash receipts to customer invoices for accurate record-keeping.• Manage accounts receivable aging to maintain healthy cash flow.• Create new customers in the General Ledger (G/L) to keep up-to-date records.• Provide excellent customer service to maintain good relationships.• Perform account reconciliations for revenue-related accounts to ensure accuracy.
