Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a full cycle contract recruiter for our client located near Conyers, GA. This role is going to be onsite the majority of the time. This contract recruiting engagement is expected to last 4 months in duration.
This dynamic and growing company is seeking a contract recruiter who can mostly support their corporate offerings. Some of the departments to be supported include IT, Finance, and Marketing. However, this is not going to be only supporting this type of hiring as their will be some specialized roles required of this contractor as well. This role will work within the Talent Acquisition team to support the hiring managers directly.
There can be the possibility of this role becoming contract to hire in the future if this is a good fit for both parties and the business need continues to allow for additional headcount with this recruiter. Our client is seeking someone who has strong response time and follow up skills as well as someone who can be the first impression and brand of the organization.
The ideal contract recruiter will have 5 years of corporate recruiting in a matrix environment. The personality traits of the selected candidate will include strong communication skills, forward thinking, high customer service to internal and external stakeholders, and a great attitude towards teammates!
