They should have a strong familiarity with all accounting procedures and a flair for numbers and report creation.Job Responsibilities:Maintaining the budgeting system, conducting financial analysis and preparing regular reports.Collaborating with project managers to devise project schedules and budgets.Regularly analyzing project budgets, moving resources to ensure financial efficiency.Utilizing strong knowledge of project-based billing and accounts payable.Processing invoice payments and tracking expenses related to projects.Developing project budgets and periodically reviewing them to identify inconsistencies or issues.Creating financial reports and utilizing Excel functionality to present detailed and summary data.Assisting in the implementation of financial policies to ensure operational efficiency.Ensuring all actions are performed in compliance with company and industry regulations.Performing other duties as required.
