Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager in the Health Insurance industry. Located in Somerville, Massachusetts, the successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the implementation of customer service applications, capturing business requirements, writing user stories, and managing external vendors. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation of customer service applications, with a focus on knowledge base applications such as CXOne, Dynamics, Panviva.
Capture business requirements accurately to guide the development of new products and enhancements.
Write user stories that accurately reflect requirements and can guide the development team.
Manage day-to-day interactions with external vendors, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Develop content for the knowledge base to support our customer service team.
Oversee the integration of technology solutions to house the knowledge base.
Conduct initial training and provide go-live support for the knowledge base solution.
Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status and gather feedback.
Utilize Agile product management principles to deliver products that meet business and customer needs.
Apply your skills in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering to ensure all products meet the needs of the business and the customers.
Requirements
Possess a proven track record in Product Management within the Health Insurance industry
Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Business Analysis
Experience in Engineering and Agile product management
Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and create user stories
Proficiency in using customer service software and managing knowledge base
Experience in managing external vendors and stakeholder communications
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and vendor management
Must be able to work in a team and independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
