Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone to comprehend the scope of their technical problems.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to software updates, film ware replacements, and electronic boards.
- Remotely or in-person, perform repairs based on the nature of the problem.
- Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) tests on repaired devices/units to ensure proper functionality.
- Document all repair actions and customer interactions in the ERP system.
- Utilize skills in Electrical Engineering, Motherboards, Hardware & Software Installation, Hardware Components, Hardware configuration, Software Configuration, Electrical Repairs, and Customer Service to effectively address and resolve technical issues.
- Assemble and disassemble electrical devices as part of the troubleshooting process.
- Proficiency in Electrical Engineering with a focus on hardware components and motherboards
- Demonstrated skills in Hardware & Software Installation
- Ability to perform Hardware and Software Configuration tasks
- Experience in Electrical Repairs, particularly related to PC components
- Knowledge of various hardware components and their functionality
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware configuration and software configuration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
