Description
We are offering a job opportunity in the Managed Services industry, located in Miami, Florida. The role is for a PC Technician and will involve working with medical facilities within prisons. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Deploying PCs, including disconnecting old computers and connecting new ones
Testing user logins to ensure proper setup
Distributing equipment as required
Installing new equipment and ensuring it functions correctly
Handling expense reimbursement for gas and other necessary costs
Coordinating with team members for flights and hotels, which will be booked in advance
Utilizing skills in Deployments, Network System, and Equipment Installation to effectively carry out tasks
Requirements
Proven experience in the Managed Services industry
Prior work experience as a PC Technician
Familiarity with Network System operations and maintenance
Demonstrable skills in Equipment Installation
Proficiency in Deployments
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant technical certifications would be advantageous
Willingness to stay updated with new technologies and industry trends
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must be legally authorized to work in the specified location
