Responsibilities
- Provide deskside support for IT-related issues and inquiries
- Troubleshoot and repair computer systems and hardware
- Install, configure, and update software applications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT inventory
- Configure and maintain Active Directory
- Ensure efficient networking and operating systems functionality
- Manage and execute system deployments
- Provide technical support for Microsoft and Dell Technologies
- Maintain EO/IR systems and ensure their efficient operation
- Perform regular checks and updates to the Configuration Management system.
- Proficiency in Dell Technologies is required.
- Familiarity with EO/IR systems is a must.
- The candidate should be adept in Microsoft applications.
- Networking skills are required for this role.
- Knowledge of various Operating Systems is necessary.
- The candidate should be skilled in Active Directory.
- Proficiency in Computer Hardware is desirable.
- The candidate should have experience in Configuration Management.
