Robert Half is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with ADP payroll systems and a strong understanding of payroll processing procedures. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing bi-monthly payroll operations accurately and efficiently.Responsibilities:Process bi-monthly payroll for employees accurately and in a timely mannerReview and verify timekeeping records for accuracy and completenessEnsure compliance with federal and state payroll tax regulationsHandle payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepanciesMaintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrityPrepare and distribute payroll reports as neededCollaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operationsStay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations
