A school in North Hollywood is in need of a Payroll Coordinator on a temporary basis for about two months (could possibly go longer). Must be able to work fully ONSITE.We are looking for a competent and experienced Payroll Coordinator to oversee and manage the timely and accurate processing of payroll functions in our organization. The successful candidate should be familiar with ADP Workforce Now and have prior experience processing semi-monthly payroll for over 200 employees.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the entire payroll process of the organization using ADP Workforce Now system.Prepare and submit semi-monthly payroll for over 200 employees.Reconcile payroll data and ensure accuracy and consistency before submission.Prepare and distribute income statements and payroll checks.Manage and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to payroll.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll statutory requirements.Coordinate with HR department for any changes in payroll (e.g. benefits, deductions, salary changes).Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information.Process and verify documentation for new hires, terminations and promotions.Assist in preparing relevant payroll reports for management.
