Apply today and grow your professional career with this exciting new opportunity.How you will make an impactEnsure accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing for 165 employees and multiple bonus/commission structures. Ensure timecards are submitted and are accurate on a weekly basis by coordinating with project managers. Remit and track tax, benefits, and other payroll deduction payments on a bi-weekly basis (941’s, FICA, Workers Compensation, Child Support, 401K, HSA, etc.) Remit and track quarterly 941, 940, FUTA, and SUTA payments. Process and review Certified Payroll Reporting weekly and troubleshoot any subcontractor issues. 401k plan management: enrollments, loan requests, contribution changes, bi-weekly reporting. Prepare, review, and record payroll journal entries. Research and resolve payroll discrepancies. Review and file employer wage and tax forms (941, 940, W-2, and W-3). Reconcile healthcare carrier statements. Administer the timecard software platforms.
