This role involves working within a sizable team, handling a significant number of employees' payroll requirements. m.Responsibilities:• Accurate processing of monthly payroll for 300 employees.• Regular and meticulous maintenance of timesheets.• Utilization of Excel for various payroll-related tasks.• Demonstrating excellent communication and phone skills when resolving payroll inquiries.• Adherence to company policies and regulations regarding payroll processing.• Ensuring confidentiality and privacy of employees' payroll information.• Liaising with other departments to ensure accurate payroll data.• Regularly updating skills and knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.• Proactively identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies.
