The successful candidate will be expected to use a variety of skills, including Microsoft Excel, Accounting Functions, Check Processing, Automated Payroll, Viewpoint Vista, and Weekly Payroll.Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee all aspects of payroll administration in a timely and accurate manner.• Utilize Microsoft Excel to compile, analyze and present payroll data.• Perform accounting functions related to payroll, ensuring all calculations are accurate.• Process checks for payroll distribution, ensuring all employees are paid correctly.• Implement and manage an automated payroll system to improve efficiency.• Utilize Viewpoint Vista software to manage payroll information and processes.• Process weekly payroll, ensuring all employees are paid on time and accurately.• Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues that arise, providing excellent customer service to employees.• Monitor payroll procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.• Collaborate with other departments to streamline payroll processes and improve the overall functionality of the payroll department.
