We are looking for a Part-Time Office Manager/Front Desk Receptionist with a friendly, hospitality-focused demeanor. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires proficiency in standard business computer applications, experience in handling payments and collections, and a proven ability to drive sales.Responsibilities:Client Interaction:Greet clients warmly and check them in for appointments.Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.Respond to client inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.Follow up with clients after their first stretch session to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued participation.Sales and Customer Relations:Utilize sales skills to promote additional services and packages to clients.Conduct in-person sales pitches after introductory stretch sessions.Follow up with clients through various channels to encourage repeat business and referrals.Administrative Tasks:Handle payments, including processing transactions and managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.Assist with light bookkeeping duties, such as tracking expenses and reconciling accounts.Office Maintenance:Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space.Ensure that supplies are stocked and equipment is in working order.Other Duties:Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
