The Operations Processor is essential to booking loans into the banking platform system and processing all essential items required for commercial and consumer day-to-day loan processing. If so, then this is the Operations Processor role for you.Your responsibilities in this role- Look over payment corrections and fix billing statements- Approve new loans, loan renewals, extensions and modifications into database- Arranges department-specific spreadsheets, reports and reviews monthly scrub reports- Advances payments, advances and payoffs- Update email, voice mail and other communication and send a reply- Files status and information within processing software system- Confirms and returns verification of mortgage requests- Refines codes, status dates and loan information for reporting at any time- Develops outgoing wires and cashier's checks- Approves reports, monthly payments and accrual adjustments- Nurtures clientele confidence by keeping mortgage loan information confidential- Organizes payoff letters and department invoices- Assures information is accessible by sorting, organizing, and filing documents- Gain an understanding of diverse loan programs and corresponding computer system codes
