This role is a long-term contract opportunity located in the Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania area.Key responsibilities: • Answers and directs all incoming calls • Greet and direct visitors • Signs for and coordinates pick-up and delivery of mail services and packages • Handles company-wide raffles for sports and other events • Administrative duties as necessary including filing and internet research • Research various Human Resources projects • Updates, maintains, and creates Excel spreadsheets • Orders weekly water supply • Assists with posting new job positions, reviewing resumes and contacting prospective candidates • Assists with scheduling interviews • Administers Analytical Exam to Coordinator candidates • Coordinates internship program • Maintains inventory, orders, receives, and distributes office supply products • Orders supplies and maintenance of postage machine • Reconciles monthly office invoices • Sorts and distributes incoming mail/weighs and provides postage for outgoing mail • Schedules appointments • Coordinates company-wide travel and accommodations when the Executive Assistant is out of the office • Assists with meetings and event planning • Orders business cards and name plates upon request • Creates name badges and seating chart for company-wide staff meetings • Decorates office lobby spaces for holidays
