This role includes supervising Medicaid applications and guardianship complaints, drafting asset protection plans and estate planning documents, managing all phases of estate administration, attending client meetings, and handling client communication. You will work on business development and marketing efforts to attract estate planning and elder law clients, developing relationships with community partners, speaking on estate planning and elder law topics, drafting court submissions, and attending court proceedings. In addition, this position will involve handling estate litigation matters. Job Duties:Elder law and life planning, estate administration, planning, probate, and litigation.Supervise Medicaid applications and guardianship complaints.Draft asset protection plans and estate planning documents.Manage all phases of estate administration, including probate.Attend client meetings to provide legal counsel and support.Handle client communication and address their legal needs.Lead marketing efforts to attract estate planning and elder law clients.Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including financial advisors and healthcare professionals.Speak on estate planning and elder law topics at seminars and events.Draft court submissions and represent clients in court proceedings.Handle estate litigation matters when necessary.
