Description We are seeking an ERP/CRM Consultant based in Detroit, Michigan, who will play a pivotal role in supporting and managing our ERP system. The position involves daily interaction with various levels of the organization and managing the delivery of ERP initiatives and business processes. This role is key to the architecture, implementation, training, support, documentation, and management of our company's ERP system. Responsibilities: Configure and upgrade the ERP system to meet both daily operational needs and strategic projects. Identify opportunities to leverage ERP functionality to improve operational efficiencies and performance. Stay informed about software capabilities, industry trends, best practices, and upcoming releases. Assist with data analysis, reporting needs, change management, and support for optimal usage within ERP and other systems. Support end-users with IT/ERP related problems in a responsive and service-oriented manner. Test and deploy customizations, custom object, new functionality, and SuiteApps based on evolving business needs. Coordinate with ERP developer(s) or support team on issues that cannot be initially resolved. Design, implement, and maintain functionality of ERP including scripts, workflows, reports, saved searches, integration, and dashboards. Manage day to day requests such as creation and maintenance of users, roles, permissions, accounts, subsidiaries, locations, etc. Evaluate and recommend other key technologies that improve and enhance the business processes centered on the ERP platform. Manage quarterly user access review and build productive working relationships with individuals and organizations. Requirements Proven experience as an ERP/CRM Consultant for a minimum of 7 years In-depth knowledge of NetSuite, NetSuite CRM, and NetSuite Development Strong understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Solutions Expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is preferred Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Strong knowledge of business processes and best practices Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data Experience in designing and implementing technical solutions Ability to train and guide staff in ERP/CRM systems.
