We are in search of a driven and detailed-oriented individual for the role of Medical Revenue Integrity Specialist. The selected candidate would assure accurate, ethically correct, optimally reimbursable, and timely coding to promote high revenue integrity and adherence to detail oriented standards of compliance. Essential Functions: 1. Utilize the Epic software system to monitor and assign accurate codes for diagnoses and procedures. 2. Evaluate medical records and identify discrepancies to maintain revenue integrity. 3. Conduct regular audits to ensure revenue cycle process adherence. 4. Collaborate with healthcare providers to accurately capture the services rendered to patients. 5. Contribute to the education of staff regarding current coding and documentation requirements. 6. Assist with the maintenance and updating of charge master. 7. Conduct necessary coding research and provide detail oriented coding guidance to the billing department. 8.
