Responsibilities:• Handle all aspects of medical billing for PPO insurance• Conduct collections and accounts receivable duties for insurance• Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records• Resolve billing issues and inquiries in a timely manner• Monitor customer accounts for timely payments• Collaborate with the billing manager to ensure all billing operations are conducted effectively• Follow flexible work hours between 6:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.• Adhere to the dress code, preferably wearing scrubs or solid color business casual attire• Utilize your skills in medical billing to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the billing process.
