We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator with a focus on event coordination for networking groups within the professional services sector. The ideal candidate will bring a "no job too small" attitude to a fast-paced environment that is both fun and demanding. A background in legal, commercial real estate, or professional services is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of events for networking groups.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of RFPs (Request for Proposals).
• Manage and execute digital marketing components, including social media and LinkedIn engagement.
• Collaborate with a PR agency to support public relations and graphic design efforts.
• Experience with graphic design and content creation for social media.
• Knowledge of PR strategies and collaboration with external agencies.

Qualifications :

• 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in legal, commercial real estate, or professional service estate settings.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-energy environment.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including familiarity with social media platforms and graphic design.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Availability to work on-site three days per week in the Marietta area.
