Marketing Assistants with strong organizational and communication skills to support the Marketing, Account Management teams, and Designers will find an opening with one of Robert Half's clients in the Catering/Restuarant space. We are looking for a candidate who is capable of performing day-to-day administrative duties, scheduling and coordinating marketing projects and other specified marketing functions as needed for our newly opened Marketing Assistant position. You might succeed at this Marketing Assistant position if you have demonstrated the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Detail oriented candidates are preferred. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
*This is an "all-hands-on-deck" type of opportunity with a flexible schedule since it is in the restaurant industry - you will make a base salary plus the opportunity to bonus on different events you attend/work; you may be serving, hosting, etc. in addition to the marketing/admin skillsets.
What you get to do every single day:
- Update and revise annual marketing and media calendars
- In addition to handling existing contact lists, you will assist with identifying new companies and producing contact lists using networking tools.
- Keep all marketing collateral and press coverage organized via tracking, filing, and archiving
- Build and manage advertising campaigns and timely promotional content
