Robert Half is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client. We need a detail oriented who can keep tight control of the bottom line while expertly navigating the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution.Essential to the job are both a customer-first mindset and experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices. If you're detail-oriented and have strong decision-making and interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you!You will be responsible for planning and implementing digital initiatives that support the sales and marketing strategies of our client. With support from the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media.
Major responsibilities
- Assist with other project tasks as needed, including print, direct mail and data management
- Maintain project timeline and status and communicate updates regularly for digital projects
- Work with executive leadership to identify trends and insights, and share thought leadership
- Establish and support the social media presence of the company
- Meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation by planning and executing digital marketing initiatives based on the sales and marketing strategy- Meet expectations on brand compliance, deadlines and budget by working with creative and technology vendor partners
- Enhance the company's website by creating landing pages, blog posts and SEO
- Enhance job knowledge by reading trade publications and seeking out educational opportunities
- Ensure the company's customers and partners are engaging with content
- Improve user experience by supporting updates of the online customer portal
- Assemble reports to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Create strategies and tests to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns
Requirements
- Masterful in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
- Has a remarkable capacity in producing digital brands with strong ROI
- Should have a good balance of initiative and skill
- Knowledgeable in maintaining digital brand consistency and managing strategic multichannel marketing
- Knowledgeable in enhancing the frontline customer journey, driving traffic to a company's main site
- Knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
- Skillful in vendor management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
