A prominent general civil litigation defense firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-8 years of experience to join its team.

This firm has 32 attorneys and several offices in various states. This Litigation Attorney will be part of a class action team for a well-known company nationwide.

This Litigation Attorney will be responsible for the following duties:

• participating in strategy conference calls with co-counsel
• meet and confers and general communication with opposing counsel
• drafting discovery
• managing document productions and document review
• assisting with factual and information gathering from client, including from Germany
• assisting with case strategy
• attending depositions and hearings as needed
• legal research where needed, including regulatory analysis
• interfacing with experts
• assisting with motions (for class certification, MSJs, etc.)
