A growing boutique law firm in North Seattle is seeking an experienced PROBATE AND ESTATE PLANNING LEGAL ASSISTANT to join their growing practice. You will support one main attorney and be a pivotal part of the team, providing excellent service to clients. Duties will include:Assist with gathering and organizing client information, including asset inventories and beneficiary contact details.Prepare and file court documents (Ex Parte with King County) related to probate administration, such as petitions for appointment, notices to creditors, and final accountings.Communicate with beneficiaries and creditors to answer questions and address concerns.Prepare legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives under the supervision of an attorney.Schedule client appointments and prepare meeting materials.Maintain and update client files.Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000. The firm also provides disretionary bonuses.
