What you get to do every dayAssist with administrative tasks, to include but not limited to: • Answer phones and direct calls accordingly • Receive clients and general public• Meeting set-up and clean-up• Prepare and coordinate outgoing mail, Fedex and couriers • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages • Develop and/or maintain various forms, charts and procedures • Copying and filing • Type and edit correspondence, reports, memos, etc. • Help maintain shared calendar in Outlook• Assist in client meeting coordination and scheduling Other tasks• Operate and maintain typical office machinery to include copiers • Order office and kitchen supplies and maintain adequate inventory • Maintain common areas• Coordinate catering for meetings
