We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Assistant to support a leasing team in managing residential properties. The Leasing Assistant will play a vital role in assisting with leasing activities, providing administrative support, and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective tenants. This long-term contract/contract-to-hire opportunity is based in the Indianapolis area!Key Responsibilities:Assisting prospective tenants with inquiries about available properties, rental rates, and leasing terms.Conducting property tours and showcasing available units to prospective tenants.Assisting with lease applications, screening prospective tenants, and preparing lease agreements.Coordinating move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections and handling key exchanges.Assisting with marketing efforts to promote available properties and attract prospective tenants.Maintaining accurate records of leasing activities, including tenant information and lease agreements.Providing excellent customer service to tenants throughout the leasing process and during their tenancy.Addressing tenant concerns and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.Collaborating with property management team members to ensure efficient operations and tenant satisfaction.Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
