Robert Half is recruiting a Labor & Employment Associate for the Marin office (hybrid telecommute OK) of its large statewide law firm client. This practice represents the firm’s private entity employers, including major banking and financial services clientele and from other business industries.Must have 3 years of general civil litigation practice, and ideally commercial lit experience, and a strong interest to practice L& E law. The ideal candidate will already have at least 1-2 years of experience in employment litigation as part of their practice. Qualifications include excellent writing and oral advocacy skills, diverse discovery and law & motion experience, and optimally some trial work.
