Responsibilities
- 2 years of experience within a help desk/desktop support setting
- Handling VoIP phone systems and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining local computers and peripherals
- Procuring computers for remote employees and providing ongoing support
- Managing and maintaining Domain Name System (DNS) configurations
- Utilizing Microsoft and Active Directory for various tasks
- Providing Deskside Support and Network Troubleshooting
- Handling Computer Hardware and managing Wireless Access Points
- Performing Basic Network Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrated experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge and understanding of computer hardware
- Familiarity with Deskside Support processes and procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues effectively
- Basic understanding of Network Troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with Wireless Access Points
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
