Robert Half is searching for a IT Support Analyst for an Energy Solutions client based in Federal Way, Washington. The primary responsibility of this IT Support Analyst is to work on a Power Automate flow for a client project that would ingest data from a website into a billing tool. This would be a 100% onsite role in Federal Way, WA and would be a short-term contract (through the end of March) with potential to extend based on performance and status of the project. ResponsibilitiesIdentify, translate, and document all business requirements, processes and proposed solutions by collaborating with internal and external parties.Execute feasibility studies, review computer systems capabilities, workflow, schedule limitations, and assist in planning or developing new systems or modifying existing to improve.Examine business and user requirements, procedures and problems to automate process.Provide problem resolution and support for apps and systems, help train users to work on systems and programs.Power continuous improvement for all system interfaces; continuous training and research to drive modernization and risk mitigation.Examine and test systems to identify code problems, software errors, work with programmers to correct.Will make recommendations for IT systems, processes associated with software technology planning, development, implementation, security and interfaces.Coordinate with cross-functional teams and leverage end-to-end knowledge to identify people, process, and technology gaps pertaining to system communications. Assess gaps and communicate with all parties to resolve.
