Robert Half Marketing & Creative is working with a busy Puget Sound higher ed client that is looking for an experienced Project Scheduler who will be responsible for all scheduling for a major project team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated schedules and scheduling tools for course development, media productions, and other non-technology projects, etc.
• Interview and collaborate with action owners and stakeholders to build simple- to 400 line integrated schedules/project plans, including cross-functional, internal, and external work needed to complete projects start to finish; built from WBS, managed by durations and dependencies to determine critical path and perform scenario planning
• Integrate project schedules with other related project schedules
• Utilize MS Project or other scheduling tool

This role is 100% remote, 40 hours per week, for at least 5 months.
